BREAKING NEWS | WIS Completes Phase I I-15 Microwave Backbone for Alcatel-Lucent/Metro PCS

WIS crews have completed phase I of the new Alcatel-Lucent microwave backbone deployed for Metro PCS. The new backbone provides voice and data services to Metro's new wireless sites located on the I-15 corridor between Riverside, CA and Stateline (Nevada). The Alcatel-Lucent 9500 MXC microwave radio provides the reliability required to operate in this heavily traveled, harsh desert environment. WIS crews have extensive experience deploying backhaul solutions for various carriers, public safety agencies, broadcasters, LEC’s, and many other end users.
